Abitibi—Témiscamingue is the name of a federal electoral district in Quebec, Canada. Its population is 104,620. (2001)
Geography
The district includes the Regional County Municipalities of Témiscamingue, Abitibi, Abitibi-Ouest, the City of Rouyn-Noranda and a small section of south western Jamésie Territory.
History
The electoral district was created in 2003 from 77.1% of Témiscamingue, and 22.9% of Abitibi—Baie—James—Nunavik.
