Zoran Živković (Зоран Живковић) (born October 5, 1948) is a science fiction writer, essayist, researcher, publisher and translator from Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro (former Yugoslavia), where he still resides.
In 1973, Zoran Živković graduated in literary theory from the Department of General Literature, Faculty of Philology of the University of Belgrade; he received his master's degree in 1979 and his doctorate in 1982 from the same university. In 2003, Živković's mosaic novel "The Library" won a World Fantasy Award for Best Novella.
Please note that there is no relation between this writer and the former prime minister of Serbia who shares the same name. For an article on the latter, see Zoran Zivkovic (politician).
