The Wicomico River is the name of two rivers in Maryland in the United States.
- The Wicomico River in Wicomico County on the eastern shore of the Chesapeake Bay.
- The Wicomico River, a tributary of the Potomac River in south central Maryland.
There is also the Great Wicomico River and the Little Wicomico River, both tributaries of the Chesapeake Bay in easternVirginia.
