Programs classic hits. Began in 1957? as classical WNIB (NIB=Northern Illinois Broadcasting, original owner); switched to current call and format April 2, 2001. Current personalities include Steve Downes (mornings), Bob Stroud (middays), Phil Manicki (afternoons), and Christine Moran (evenings). Simulcast by WWDV, Zion, IL (96.9 MHz, FM channel 245) since January 1, 2003. Call letters stand for "The DRiVe".
