Vancouver Millionaires
|
The Vancouver Millionaires were a professional ice hockey team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada from 1911 to 1926. In 1922 the team's name was changed to the Vancouver Maroons. Initially playing in the Pacific Coast Hockey Association through 1924, the team became a member of the Western Canada Hockey League when the two leagues merged that year. They won the Stanley Cup in 1915, and played for it in 1918, 1921 and 1922. Their jerseys were maroon with a white V, with Vancouver spelled up one side of the V and down the other side.
