The term V2 can refer to:
- The V-2 rocket, an early ballistic missile developed and used by the German Army during World War II
- The Velocity 2 speed where an aircraft accelerating on the runway must do the lift-off; aborting take-off is not possible at speeds beyond V1
- The Visual area V2, an area in the brain's occipital lobe
- A V engine with two cylinders; see V-twin
- The verb-second word order, used primarily in Germanic languages
- The second chest lead in an electrocardiogram, representing electrical activity along a frontal aspect of the left ventricle of the heart
