I don't know if you can see this, but if you can, I have a recommendation. I notice you are adding various article on technical topics, apparently rock climbing, but you can't tell because the article doesn't say. This is an encyclopeadia remember -- the purpose of the article should be to clearly explain what "something" is. I suggest using an intro sentance like "In the sport of rock climbing, a ... is a device for..." Maury 16:21, 3 Jul 2004 (UTC)

Not to criticise nastily, but note that Wikipedia is not a dictionary - to create redirect pages, e.g from belayer to belaying, you can use #REDIRECT [[belayer]].
