note to admins: This IP apparently is cache2-mant.server.ntli.net. Since I am actually a Virgin customer (they resell NTL's bandwidth), it appears that this cache server is probably used by thousands or tens of thousands of people. Note the user history page, where my edits on Opera sandwich three acts of vandalism on various pages by a different person.
- I think this is going to continue to be a problem. We have to be able to protect ourselves from vandalism. I propose that when a user starts vandalizing from this address, we limit our blocks to a couple of hours or something. Hopefully that will get the vandal to go away, and then the legitimate user will be able to post. moink 22:03, 1 Apr 2004 (UTC)
