I am reverting your move. This is not done because of our disagreement over proper naming (I will go with your scheme if there is a consensus for it) but because of your improper formating. You cut & pasted, rather than using the "move page" feature. This looses the article history. You also did not fix the links and redirects. If the page is to be moved it need to be moved with proper procedure.
