Hi, 195.22.151.244. If you want to include an article on Cephalomancy, you're going to have to make it more than a mere dictionary definition. See Wikipedia:Wikipedia is not a dictionary, which was the rationale I used when I flagged your article for deletion. Also, you should not be removing {{delete}} templates (there's a link they provide that you should follow instead), but by doing so I'll assume that you want this article to succeed, and I'll leave the article in hopes that it will be improved in the near future. Keep in mind that if the article remains as a dicdef, someone besides me will flag it for speedy deletion eventually.
