Steve Casburn is a librarian at the University of Houston-Downtown, with interests in history, politics, economics, business, and college football. He holds two bachelor's degrees from Ohio State University, one in economics (1993) and one in history (1998).
His main interest in working on the Wikipedia is to add brief biographies of historical figures who were notable in their time, but are obscure today. The Web often lacks complete and reliable information about these people, and Steve hopes to help students and casual researchers by making such information freely and easily available.
