My name is Jacob. I was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa on January 5th, 1981. I lived in Fort Dodge the first year or two of my life. From there, I lived in nearby Manson for a couple years before moving to Coralville for kindergarten and 1st grade. After that, we moved to Spirit Lake where I attended 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades. Finally, we settled in Arnolds Park, where I went to school first at the middle school and then the high school in Milford for 5th to 12th grades.
As of this writing, I'm about eighteen days away from graduating from the University of Iowa in Iowa City. I will have a BA in political science and a BA in religious studies.
I first started spending significant amounts of time online during my senior year in high school when we finally got a computer at home. It was s alow machine with some modem (the top speed of which I don't even remember). Many Friday nights were spent staying up late surfing around and watching Pac-10 basketball on FX.
