President and Chief Executive Officer of the Free James Bartlett Upchurch III Support Group. We are currently in the process of becoming incorporated (non-profit) as Denied Justice, Inc.
The purpose of the group is assist James B. Upchurch to have his wrongful conviction overturned. There is no DNA evidence to work with, so other organizations would not take this case.
