Welcome; re: username
Hi! Always glad to see a new Wikipedian around, and I'm happy to see that you've jumped into editing in several subject area. Some articles can be particularly contentious, as I'm sure you've noticed on Evolution, where some of your contributions were reverted. Reading the talk pages can be very useful for judging how problems and conflicts on those artices have been resolved in the past, or for discussing your edits if someone else objects to them.
One other thing: Your username shares the same name as a Wikipedia feature, and this could potentially be confusing to some users. It also runs against Wikipedia policy at Wikipedia:Username (see the section "No deliberately confusing usernames"), so it's possible that an overzealous administrator might even ban you for this without looking closely at your edit history. You should probably consider changing your username (see Wikipedia:Changing username) in order to avoid confusion and adhere to policy.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask... -- Seth Ilys 22:53, 24 Feb 2004 (UTC)
