I'm born in Brasschaat (Belgium) as a son of two russophiles. Before I was four years old, I had allready lived during a few months at Moskow university, where my parents have studied some time. Later I have been living a few years in Burǔndi, where my mother had spent her youth. My real name is David, but since in the English wikipedia there was allready a user with this name, I added the Kirǔndi prefix mu- for people.
For the moment I'm studying physics at UGent. My interests comprise of course fysics, but also astronomy. I play the guitar and the flute and I'm interested in Vietnam and surroudings (listen to a Chinese radio (http://windowsmedia.com/radiotuner/FindStations.asp?advanced=1&genre=&language=ZH&country=&speed=&band=&search=Trefwoord%2C+zendercode%2C+frequentie&locale=813) for a change). I'm also a big reader specialised in fantasy.

Sinds my native language is Dutch, I don't write much in English, but I translate from English or French to Dutch. While translating English articles I sometimes correct typing mistakes and afterwards I usually (if I don't forget) add an interwiki link in the English article.
