Study_for_the_Sforza_Monument.jpg
I am using "Leftover stock" from the Wikipedia Logo Contest (http://meta.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_logos_(126-150)#(134)) and an appealing sketch of Leonardo's as a bit of decoration.
Though there are a few articles that I might occasionally work on or create here, I make most of my contributions to the Wikimedia projects at Wikiquote (http://wikiquote.org).
My user page (http://wikiquote.org/wiki/User:Kalki) there has a few links to some of my favorite places in that project, and I have put some links to interesting places here as well…
A few of the articles here that I am most interested in
(whether I have worked on them or not) Bodhisattva * Giordano Bruno *Kate Bush * Cumae * Stephen Grellet* Eternity * Rainbow * Happy Rhodes * Soul * Uffington White Horse * Vale of the White Horse
A listing of some of the articles I've worked on, or found interesting at Wikiquote:
These links were placed here so that I can check the articles that exist in the WIkipedia on the same subjects more easily. Most of them are listed because their articles at Wikiquote contain gems of positive inspiration, but some worthy articles such as Nineteen Eighty-Four provide a reminder of how nightmarish the misguided can be, and of such harm as can be done to individuals and to society whenever Liberty, Truth, and Love are not paramount concerns. There is always immense tragedy wherever the levels of oppression, dishonesty, and hatred of vital impulses that people are willing to manifest are the primary means to obtaining status, power, comfort, —and such apparent personal "safety" as exists without regard for the Beauty or reality of the eternal soul which manifests only through Love.
