Hello there! I am slightly psychotic physics major turned aerospace engineering grad student who just couldn't resist the temptation of showing off my l33t physics and math skills. I am a Taiwanese-American (born in U.S., educated first in the U.S., then in Taiwan, then in the U.S. again), who's comfortable living in both Taiwan and the U.S. and is usually indistinguishable from a native in both places (though I suppose the black hair and brown eyes tend to give it away in some parts of the U.S.).
Interests include physics, aerospace engineering, space exploration, geophysics, anime, East Asian geopolitics, Taiwan, railways, and toys with big red buttons that go boom. I try not to get too involved in controversial articles and the edit wars that invariably follow, but sometimes end up getting involved anyhow (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Changlc#Read_this_first_if_you.27re_about_to_complain_about_me_modifying_one_of_your_edits).
- I edited my first article on July 28, 2004.
- I have started branching out to editing travel articles on WikiTravel.

Read this first if you're about to complain about me modifying one of your edits
Also, since I've recieved some feedback from people whose edits I reverted or modified about this: I believe that the whole goal behind Wikipedia is to provide unbiased facts for the reader to come to his or her own conclusions about the incident in question. Editorializing is not a NPOV. I will revert or modify any edit to contraversial articles that I happen to come across which I believe violates NPOV regardless of whether or not I agree with the sentiments expressed by it's author. If I end up being bashed by extremists on both sides of an issue, then I'll take that to mean that I'm doing a good job of being neutral.
Having said all that, if you still feel that I am in error in reverting your edit, feel free to let me know about it on my talk page. Just a friendly suggestion: I tend to take your complaints more seriously if you express them in a civil manner.
The exception to this are math and science related articles. If you disagree with the Theory of Gravity, you can go walk off a balcony. ;)
