Unstable</b> is Adema's second album, released in 2003. It has sold about 110,000 copies. Its radio single was "Unstable", which also had a music video, but it didn't get very much radio play. Many listeners complain that Adema lost its emotional edge with their sophomore album, and that the songs seem formulaic compared to their more successful debut album, Adema. Others feel that Adema refined their tone, relying on instrumentation and harmony instead of distortion and riffs. Nevertheless, it was much less successful, debuting at number 43 on the Billboard 200 before quickly falling off the chart.
The album came with a bonus DVD which featured the band's four music videos ("Unstable", "Giving In", "The Way You Like It", "Immortal") as well as band footage and other features.
