The University of Parma, Italy, (Università degli Studi di Parma) is one of the oldest universities in the world, founded in the 11th century.
It is organised in 9 faculties, of Agriculture, Economics, Pharmaceutics, Law, Engineering, Literature and Philosophy, Medicine and Surgery, Veterinary Medicine, Mathematics, Physics and Natural Sciences. The University of Parma has currently about 31,000 students.
