Tywyn

Tywyn is a town in the traditional county of Merionethshire, southern Gwynedd, north Wales, lying on the River Talyllyn and Cardigan Bay. Known as a seaside resort, attractions in the town include its beach.
Other attractions include the Norman Church of St Cadfan housing St Cadfan's Stone dating from about 650 and inscribed with the oldest known written Welsh, and the Talyllyn Railway, the first volunteer-run railway in Wales, reopened in 1951.
