Tutu can refer to:
- In Polynesian mythology (Samoa), Tutu was the first man to live on Tutuila.
- Tutu is a poisonous berry-bearing shrub in New Zealand.
- A tutu is also a type of frilly skirt often worn as dancewear in traditional ballet.
- In Sumerian, Assyrian and Babylonian mythology Tutu was one of the Anunnaku.
- In Hawaii, Tutu means 'grandmother', and is used for any respected, older woman. More informal than Kahuna.
- Desmond Tutu is a Nobel Peace Prize laureate, South African cleric and activist.
- Tutu is a 1986 album by Miles Davis.
