Actor Tristan Rogers starred on General Hospital from 1980 to 1992. He also appeared in the Babylon 5 episode The War Prayer.
His years spent on General Hospital came as a result of the monumentally huge story arc of Luke and Laura, whose wedding captured one of the biggest audiences in television history. Rogers came on board as an agent of the WSB (World Security Bureau) much like the CTU of today's "24" with Keifer Sutherland. Rogers played this character, Robert Scorpio, for the duration of his time on the show. His death in a boating explosion (the body was never found) was a sad moment for many fans. He returned for a few well-received episodes as a spirit to comfort his daughter, Robin Scorpio, who was dealing with the loss of her boyfriend to AIDS and was herself suffering from being HIV postitive.
