Trash collector

A trash collector is a person employed by a city or by a private company who goes to houses and/or businesses collecting and hauling away unwanted items which others would consider to be trash or garbage, but which may serve secondary uses. Such refuse is then taken for either recycling or dumping. Known as a "dustman" in many places outside the U.S..
