The Linux Router Project
|
The Linux Router Project began as a "linux-on-a-floppy" distribution. Using hardware that would be generally considered too old or slow for desktop use, this project allows the creation of powerful router functionality from read-only media that can easily be rebooted should its veracity be in doubt. The original distribution was based on the Linux Debian distribution.
The LRP project has grown to encompass several high quality distributions ranging from single floppy to CD-rom size.
