Talk:Mall Goth

Why does this need to be merged with spooky kid?
- It needs to be a redirect, it is a stub and contains no useful information that is not already included in spooky kid. --The Inedible Bulk 02:31, 17 Jul 2004 (UTC)
- Not really, they're not quite the same thing - David Gerard 08:37, 17 Jul 2004 (UTC)
- I'd agree with David Gerard - Mall Goth by it's very nature refers to an American concept (the mall) and American shops (Hot Topic). It just isn't a phrase that's used in the UK, while spooky kid is used throughout the Western world. The term spooky kid does also imply a link with Marilyn Manson, which mall goth does not. sheridan 05:46, 2004 Sep 1 (UTC)
