Starchaser

Starchaser industries was founded in 1992 by Steve Bennett and is currently based in Hyde, Cheshire, UK. In 2001, Starchaser launched a rocket from the UK mainland called NOVA from Morecambe Bay. Nova was the largest private civilian rocket ever built and flown in Europe.
Starchaser has launched a total of 16 rockets over the years, and is currently working on a new rocket called Thunderstar, which should be able to complete the original X-Prize challenge, although no prize will be offered for it. Starchaser developes rockets with the eventual goal of starting a space tourism business.
