Stirlingshire (Siorrachd Sruighlea in Gaelic) is a traditional county of Scotland, based around Stirling, the traditional county town. It borders Perthshire to the north, Clackmannanshire and West Lothian to the east, Lanarkshire to the south, and Dunbartonshire to the south-west. Other towns include Falkirk. An exclave of the county is present in Clackmannanshire.
It is currently administered by Stirling and Falkirk councils.
