Malvegil
|
Malvegil is a fictional character from J. R. R. Tolkien's universe of Middle-earth.
Malvegil was the son of King Celebrindor of Arthedain.
He came to the throne in 1272 at the death of his father.
Under his rule the realm of Angmar was established by the Witch-King in the north of Rhudaur, and evil began to appear in Arnor. Many evil men and Orcs began to gather on both sides of the Misty Mountains, and Arthedain was in an uneasy watch ever after.
Malvegil died in 1349 T.A., and was succeeded by his son Argeleb I.
