Shibden

Shibden is a village in the county of West Yorkshire, England, east of Halifax. The name comes from scepe dene meaning " sheep valley". Shibden was a wool town.
Scout Hall, built in 1860, and Shibden Hall built in the 15th century, are the main attractions, as well as the West Yorkshire Folk Museum.
John Willie Sutcliffe born April 14 1868 is the only man to represent England at both football and rugby union.
