Seed of Chucky

Seed of Chucky is the 2004 sequel to Child's Play. The story follows the events of Bride of Chucky. Seed of Chucky stars Jennifer Tilly (who plays herself and also voices Tiffany) and Brad Dourif (as the voice of Chucky). The movie also stars rapper Redman and director John Waters. It was written and directed by Don Mancini (who created Child's Play and has written all of its sequels to date).
Plot
This film is about a gender-confused doll named Glen (voiced by Billy Boyd, who is the child of Chucky and Tiffany. When he sees his parents in a commercial for an upcoming Chucky movie called Chucky goes Psycho, he goes to Hollywood. Once there, he uses Chucky's embalment to transfer Chucky's and Tiffany's souls into the new dolls that the studio is using for their movie. Chucky and Tiffany later decide that they want another child and that the mother should be Jennifer Tilly (Tiffany's favorite star and the star of Chucky goes Psycho).
Trivia
- Chucky kills Britney Spears by running her off the side of the road while he and Glen are driving a van. Since Britney in the film was portrayed by a look-alike, TV spots for the movie displayed this message: "Britney Spears Does Not Appear In This Movie". The reason for this was that Britney Spears's and her management were concerned that people might be led to believe that Britney actually appeared and "died" in the movie.
- The gender confused child of Chucky and Tiffany is named either Glen or Glenda. This is an obvious tribute to Ed Wood, Jr.'s movie Glen or Glenda.
