- Ancient name for the River Severn in Great Britain
- Goddess of the Severn river in Insular Brythonic mythology

- Sabrina Fair a 1953 Broadway Play
- Sabrina, a 1954 film starring Humphrey Bogart, Audrey Hepburn and William Holden, based on the play.
- Sabrina, a 1995 adaptation of the same screenplay as the 1954 film starring Harrison Ford, Julia Ormond and Greg Kinnear
- The protagonist of the Archie comic book Sabrina, The Teenage Witch, which was made into a 1996 telefilm and a subsequent television series. The television series was later simply retitled Sabrina after the character was aged out of her teens.
- Sabrina Online is a popular web comic.
- Sabrina is a gym leader in the Pokémon universe.
- Sabrina was a famous British ample-bosomed glamour model and actress who played Virginia, "the school swot" in the 1957 film Blue Murder at St Trinian's.
