In the fictional world of Robotech, the Robotech Wars are a series of devastating wars through the first half of the 21st century.
Timeline of the Robotech Wars:
- 2009-2014: First Robotech War (Robotech Defense Force against the Zentraedi)
- 2014-2016: First Interbellum
- 2016-2019: Malcontent Uprisings (a rebellion of full-sized Zentraedi malcontents)
- 2019-2029: Second Interbellum
- 2029-2030: Second Robotech War (Army of the Southern Cross against the Robotech Masters)
- 2030-2031: Third Interbellum
- 2031: Invid Invasion
- 2031-2038: Invid Occupation (sometimes called the Fourth Interbellum)
- 2039-2042: Third Robotech War (Robotech Expeditionary Force against the Invid)
The Robotech Wars end with the departure of the Invid from Earth in 2042 after the Battle of Reflex Point.
