Rixensart

Rixensart is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Walloon Brabant. On January 1st, 2004 Rixensart had a total population of 21,358 (10,167 males and 11,191 females). The total area is 17.54 km² which gives a population density of 1,217.60 inhabitants per km².
The formerly separate municipalities of Genval and Rosières now form part of Rixensart.
Rixensart is served by two railway stations (at Rixensart and at Genval), connecting it with Brussels to the North and Louvain-la-Neuve to the South.nl:Rixensart
