Richard Forno is a consultant, lecturer, and writer in the area of Washington, DC. At one time, Forno was the Chief Information Security Officer for Network Solutions. Forno is the author of the books The Art of Information Warfare, Incident Response, and Weapons of Mass Delusion: America's Real National Emergency.
