Story
The story takes place fifteen years into the future (in the year 2020), after Earth has welcomed alien beings to live with humans. But peace is short lived, as a planet conquering alien force turns its destructive attention to Earth! Evil and smart, they seem unstoppable. Only the Power Rangers - elite warriors trained at a newly established Ranger Academy and led by Chief Anubis - can stop them. When the Red Power Ranger (a reformed thief) joins the team, tensions threaten to tear them apart. With the alien threat growing stronger every moment, the Rangers must forget their differences and go into action as one! Using teamwork, intergalactic weaponry and light-speed Zord vehicles to battle evil, they unite to become one of the ultimate forces for good: Power Rangers Space Patrol Delta!

- Boom - Kat's assistant, who was once rejected by the academy (Portrayed by Kelson Henderson)
- Piggy - A turncoat informant for the Rangers (Portrayed by Barnie Duncan)
Villains
- Emperor Gruumm - Warlord and commander of the Troobians (Portrayed by Rene Naufahu)
- Mora/Morgana - Grumm's young, spoiled right-hand operative. She drew some of the monsters used by Grumm. However, after one failure too many, Grumm 'reverted' her back into her original adult form, Morganna (played by an adult actress in place of her childactress, since one cannot alter the chronological flow of time). As a result, Morgana gets more involved to destory the rangers so she can be rewarded by resuming her younger form. (Portrayed by Olivia James-Baird [child] & Josephine Davison [Adult])
- Broodwing - A Troobian creature who survives in an artificial environment. He's an arms-dealer by trade, providing weapons & giant robots to whomever can pay him. He seems not to really care for anything else but the money. (Voiced by Jim McLarty)

It's been rumoured that the Omega Ranger is an alien life force who can transform itself into some sort of energy. Other possible candidates suggested have been Sam, Dru, Boom, or Piggy.
