Phantazia is a fictional character, a mutant supervillainess in the Marvel Comics universe. She possesses extensive powers based on electromagnetism, and can use these powers to dampen others' superhuman powers. Named Eileen Harsaw, she is an intelligent woman, apparently possessing a PhD, and she was once part of Toad's Brotherhood of Evil Mutants until the team disbanded. She has not been seen since.
