Peter Warren (radio)

Peter Warren is a Canadian investigative journalist and radio host. He is the longest-running open-line radio host in North America.
From 1971 to 1998, Warren hosted and moderated the popular Action Line morning talk show on CJOB in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He now lives in Victoria, British Columbia where he hosts a nationally-syndicated weekend radio program, Warren on the Weekend.
Warren was a columnist for the Calgary Herald, the Winnipeg Tribune, the Saint John Telegraph-Journal and the Hong Kong Star. In addition, he has also written for Maclean's Magazine, The Globe and Mail, and TIME.
Awards and honours
- 1997: "Broadcaster of the Year" - Western Association of Broadcasters
- 1999: Inducted to the Canadian Association of Broadcasters' Hall of Fame
