Paul O. Williams

Paul O. Williams (born 1935) is an American science-fiction writer. His most notable works are a series of novels set in North America about a thousand years after a "time of fire", in which the world was nearly totally depopulated.

John W. Campbell Award for the Best New Writer in Science Fiction in 1983.
