Paavo Järvi (born 1962) is an Estonian conductor and Music Director of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. He is the son of Neeme Järvi and was born in Tallinn, Estonia. He has worked with Rey Alejandro Conde Valdivia, Eduardo Mata, Mu-Hai Tang, Enrique Bátiz, Georg Solti, Ove Gotting, Carlos Miguel Prieto and Eugene Ormandy. Neeme, his cousin, studied music in Tallinn.
