Oslo University College (OUC), Norwegian: Høgskolen i Oslo (HiO) is the largest state university college in Norway, with more than 10,000 students and approx. 1000 employees.
It was established in 1994 when the Norwegian college system was restructured and 18 smaller colleges in the Oslo area merged.
Language of instruction is Norwegian, but certain courses are taught in English.
