Orange Crush was an orange-flavored soda (see orange soda) invented by J. M. Thompson of Chicago in 1906. Owned by The Coca-Cola Company, the drink became popular quickly and was widely available throughout the U.S.. Since the mid-20th century, however, the availability of Orange Crush has decreased considerably; it is now only sold in certain locales.
