The Nokia 7650
The Nokia 7650 was one of the first, if not the first, Nokia smartphones released using the Symbian OS and it was one of the first Series 60 platform devices. The most remarkable feature was the built-in camera.
Nokia 7650 is quite limited compared to more present smartphones. It had 4mb of main memory (RAM)(of which you could save images, contacts, etc to about 3.6Mb of) and 16mb ROM. The phone was dual band and was not released in the US. More info is available at http://www.nokia.com/phones/7650.
