Nanci Chambers is a Canadian actress who is best known for her role as the scheming villain Lieutenant Loren Singer on the popular television series JAG. Ms. Chambers is married to David James Elliott who is also the star of the show. They have both become U.S. citizens and have a daughter and son.
Fans of the series consider Singer one of the most loathsome television characters since J.R. Ewing on Dallas. Chambers' portrayal of the character as a monster is highly regarded.
