The initials NWS may mean:

- not work safe, a web acronym interchangeable with the more widespread NSFW.
- Nuclear Winter Studios, NWS is a team of artists, designers and programmers from all around the world, working on gaming products for the general public. Currently the team is working on a mod for Fallout 2, called Mutants Rising.
