Mirek's Cellebration or MCell is a freeware computer program for running cellular automata. It is written by Mirek Wójtowicz and runs on Windows. It has support for many rules in fifteen different families: "Life", "Generations", "Weighted Life", "Vote for Life", "Rules tables", "Cyclic CA", "1-D binary CA", "1-D totalistic CA", "Neumenn binary", "General binary", "Large than Life", "Margolus neighborhood", "User DLLs", "Special rules", and "Weighted Generations".
The latest versions allow users to rewind to previous generations of any open cellular automata, undo changes made to the grid, and find periodic patterns automatically.
