One of the four Dark Masters, MetalSeadramon ruled the Net Ocean until he was destroyed by WarGreymon as the first Dark Master to be defeated by the Digidestined defeat. His forces are composed of aquatic Digimon like Divermon.
Digimon Tamers
A MetalSeadramon was among the many Digimon seen through the rip in the sky during Vikaralamon's rampage. Another one was among the Mega level Digimon to aid the Sovereigns in their fight against the DigiWorld D-Reaper.
