Melia

In Greek mythology, Melia was a nymph, one of the Meliae, who were daughters of Oceanus. By her brother Inachus, she became the mother of Io, Phoroneus and Aegialeus or Phegeus. In other stories, she was the mother of Amycus by Poseidon.
Melia is also the name of the village in the southeastern part of the Evros prefecture
Melia is also the name of a genus of trees in the mahogany family Meliaceae, notably the Chinaberry or Bead tree Melia azedarach.
