The Lowry Centre or The Lowry is a combined theatre and gallery dedicated to L.S. Lowry situated in Salford Quays, Manchester.
The building designed by James Stirling and Michael Wilford was completed in 2000 with the help for £21m of National Lottery funding. The aerofoil canopy at the entrance is clad with perforated steel and illuminated from the inside at night.
