Lahore Railway Station
|
The Lahore Railway Station was built by the British. It's representative of typical grand British architecture in India during the British Raj. The railway network established in the Indo-Pak subcontinent by the British was very extensive and is one of their lasting contributions to the culture of this region. The other major British contribution to Indo-Pak subcontinent is the English language, which is the official language of Pakistan.
