LDS is a TLA that can mean:
- Latter-Day Saint, a person who is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
- Latter Day Saint, a person who identifies with the Latter Day Saint religious movement (Not to be confused with Latter Day Saint (note: without the hyphen between 'Latter' & 'Day'.
- Liberal Democracy of Slovenia, political party in Slovenia
- Learning Disabled Students, referring to some of those in Special education.
- LSD, where the D and S are intentionally reversed. This originates from a line by Captain Kirk from the fourth Star Trek movie, The Voyage Home. In it he mistakenly calls LSD by LDS in order to explain Spock's unusual seeming activities (by saying that he used it) to a 20th century human. One of the funnier moments in the movie.
